How does 24Time work?
We are an online shop. Throughout the years 24Time has built up a strong confidence relationship with its clients. The world is fast evolving, and so is everything that resides in it. The market system of the world today is no exception to this evolution. Lots of businesses and trade stores now take their online presence seriously. This is because most people now prefer to purchase their goods and services online rather than entering someone’s store to shop. Yes. 24Time is a member of the International Watch and Jewelry Guild (IWJG).
Are you an authorized dealer for the brands you sell?
No. We prefer to be free to sell luxury watches without the fixed retail prices that authorized dealers have to charge their customers.

Do you have a return policy?
Yes. In the unusual event that we ship the wrong model, or if the watch is not working when you receive it, please contact us immediately for return instructions. Watches may only be returned to 24Time for the purpose of repair during the warranty period.
Are the watches sold with a Warranty?
All new watches come with a 24 to 60-month manufacturer's warranty, depending on the brand and model, unless otherwise expressly stipulated for a particular watch. All pre-owned watches are previously checked by our watch maker partner and, unless otherwise stipulated, come with a 1 year or 6 months Warranty from the purchase date, depending on the watch model. The warranty covers only manufacture dysfunctioning, not physical damages or damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties. The warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet / band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles coming from external wear-and-tear from daily, normal use or any other physical damage to the watch. Improper use, outside force, negligence, theft void and null the warranty.
Do you have a security policy to protect your customers’ data privacy?
Yes, all your information will remain confidential to 24Time. 24Time only requests data that is required for use in connection with processing an order or for the purpose of informing customers about new offers. Data are only transferred as necessary in the course of a business transaction with the customer. Under no circumstances will the customer's personal data ever be transferred or sold to any third party.The customer's personal data are stored in a secure computer system and only kept for as long as is appropriate and permitted. Information is kept for internal use only, to facilitate purchases for established customers;
Do you sell authentic luxury watches?
Yes. We only sell authentic, original, luxury watches, manufactured by the brand owners.
How can I place an order for a watch?
Watches can be ordered by e-mail at email@example.com or by telephone on +41 79 767 44 00 between 10.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m. CET. If you access the Web Site from outside Switzerland, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
How long will I have to wait for my watch?
If the watch you order is in stock, we will ship it immediately. If it’s not in stock, we will be able to give you an estimated delivery lead-time when you place your order. Most orders are shipped within four weeks of the order date.
What about Payment?
24Time reserves the right to request a deposit payment at the time the customer places an order, unless the watch is in stock and ready to be delivered. The customer is required to pay the full purchase price to 24Time before an order is shipped. The customer shall pay the purchase price to 24Time by wire transfer. or in cash if the watch is delivered in person.
What about Shipping, Insurance and Transfer of Risk?
24Time ships all watches to customers by Fedex. As soon as a watch is despatched to UPS, the customer will be informed by e-mail of the Fedex tracking number so that the customer can track the shipment online at any time.
Fedex offers: "worldwide delivery to more than 200 countries and territories in one to two days, depending on the destination". 24Time does not make any express or implied guarantees with regard to UPS shipping times and excludes all liability relating thereto. All shipments are fully insured by 24Time at the customer’s expanse. The shipment costs are at the customer expanse as well and shall be communicated to the client prior to the purchase.The customer may collect a purchase in Switzerland if preferred. For further details about collection, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Title and risk with regard to the watch shall pass to the customer upon shipment of the watch. If the customer collects the watch in Switzerland, title and risk shall pass upon collection of the watch.
