Shipping Policy

If the product you order is in stock, we will ship it immediately. If the product is not in stock, we will be able to give you an estimated delivery lead-time when you place your order. Most orders are shipped within four weeks of the order date. 24Time ships all products to customers by recognized as safest shipping companies. As soon as a product is despatched to UPS, the customer will be informed by e-mail of the tracking number so that the customer can track the shipment online at any time. 24Time does not make any express or implied guarantees with regard to UPS shipping times and excludes all liability relating thereto. If you are located outside Switzerland all customs related taxes in your country are at your own charge and are not included in the purchase price. The shipping cost is calculated at the check out before placing an order. Customers may collect a purchase in Switzerland if preferred. For further details about collection, please e-mail info@24time.ch. Title and risk with regard to the watch shall pass to the customer upon shipment of the product. If the customer collects the product in Switzerland, title and risk shall pass to the customer upon collection of the product. At any time 24Time reserves its right to refuse an order if it considers there are risks related to shipping the goods to a certain country.
